We loved the breakfast and coffee. It was plenty for us to start our day. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. We enjoyed the farmers market right across the street and the close (walking distance) to the city center. We could tell that the owners/managers put a lot of thought and care into the customer experience at their hotel. We would definitely stay there on our next visit to Oldenburg.
