Breakfast was laid out beautifully with a good choice and variety of German/continental breakfast food. The kitchen closed at 8pm the previous night. I arrived 5 to 8pm but was still offered some food of my choice. It is visible from the menu and the interesting presentation that the chef/0wner is a connoisseur of good food. The name of the place and cookbooks by Jamie Oliver and other cookbooks, displayed on the window sill, gave a hint to their interest. The room was clean and tastefully furnished and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was as expected, with fresh rolls and three kinds of jam. Location was the best -- only a few blocks from the train station, and easy walking distance to the rest of town. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious!
