Hervorragende Lage, sehr ruhig, trotzdem nicht weit zum Zentrum. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus war immer zu finden.
Die Lage war nahe der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
