Very clean facilities. Comfortable beds and spacious (family) room. Host very quick to fix issues - glass shower doors were out of sorts at night but was fine by the next morning. Lovely view out the window.
Its really in the City Center. The place is clean..
Lovely small room with a nice view and clean bathrooms, overall it is minimal and you get what you pay for but it's a great option for budget solo travelers in Cochem.

Very close to the city center and convenient for walking to every attraction spot yet quiet. The owner was very mindful and made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I would love to stay again.
