Had fabulous room with well-stocked kitchenette (as an American I especially appreciated ice tray in fridge!), table for meals and separate seating area for reading, chilling; also there was a great picnic table off the courtyard for smoking, another great place to relax. Conveniently located for bike rides in surrounding countryside. Also, secure locked space off courtyard for bikes, much appreciated.
Really good price. I used it as an affordable base to go to Potsdam and Berlin. 10 min walk to the railway station with direct train.
This place should definitely get a higher score.

And the absolute punch: price
The room and bathroom were simple but nice. There was a covered space for storage of our bicycles.
I got the big room (one single bed, one double bed). It was clean and comfortable for a 2 week stay. I liked that there was a microwave, fridge, washing machine and a small kitchenette. Couldn’t really communicate with the hotel owner because he could only speak German, but nevertheless he tried to help me whenever needed.
