Great location, close to all the main thermal springs.
Exceptionally unique hotel with a lot of charm and facilities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Baden-Baden. Location, comfort, service, cleanliness. All perfect.

The HelioPark bad Hotel zum Hirsch is a wonderful place to stay if you want to feel pampered and still be in a perfect place to take in The Healing Waters of Baden Baden. The room was opulent, and the balcony was large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was enormous and we loved the added benefit of being able to soak in the therapeutic water that was given as an option to fill the tub with. The staff was professional, and engaging, and helped with things that they weren't even asked to help with. My husband and I arrived at 9:30 at night, and rather than having a steak our luggage up to our room, Ingolf was kind enough to store it in the lobby room so we could get dinner before the restaurants closed. Our state couldn't have been better and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location was perfect for exploring the town and visiting the thermes. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
