I booked the hotel for a short trip to Hamburg with my family and it was the best decision I could ever make. All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We arrived before the checking time but they were super kind in storing our luggage meanwhile we started exploring the city and after we checked in they offered us a welcoming drink. they always have met all our requests. In total we were 6 adults and a baby and they were also very welcoming and patience with my 1 year old niece. For sure next time I'll go back to Hamburg I'll come back!
Staff were very accommodating in granting our request for a quite room and the room was very roomy.
Nice location, loads of shops and restaurants nearby and close to subway.
Close to railway in an interesting area of the city close enough to walk to many places.

Just a few minutes from Central Rail Road station, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very nice, clean, fashionable. Rooms are very nice and modern.
