Everything about the hotel was very welcoming. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Everyone was so nice and helpful, the property is so lovely and close to the baths. Had a wonderful stay.
The staff were amazing - we needed an iron very quickly as we were going to a wedding and our clothes were wrinkled from the suitcase and they sorted it immediately, which was fantastic.
Location is close to the thermal baths. Breakfast was good.
