Well situated for Therme Erding which is a 10 minute walk through the fields. We stayed two nights and were not much in the hotel other than at night. Found it very clean and comfortable. The staff were also pleasant and helpful. I can definitely recommend it for a visit to Erding. You can buy (modestly) discounted spa and sauna passes in the lobby.
Conveniently close to the airport, very quiet area and nice beds. Had a good sleep

Clean and much cheaper than several other properties near by. Staff was very helpful
The Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Location was super concerning that we wanted to visit Thermen and leave early morning from Munich Airport.
