The waitress are very nice, always smiling, and response quickly. We ordered the Chinese fried rice in the restaurant, they didn't have it in the menu, but they made it for us and it was surprisingly good taste. Very good service.
Staff are always very welcoming and professional. The breakfast they have available is a great way to get your day started.
The hotel is great, from the cleanliness, the staff, and even the large breakfast buffet. One staff member in particular made our stay amazing. Connie, who you will see running around the hotel, is an amazing host for breakfast. She truly takes pride in her work; from the table settings, to the presentation of the food, to her remembering what you like to drink for breakfast every morning. Her friendly face and hello every morning helps make Hotel Freihof a wonderful place to stay at.

Beautiful location looks gorgeous as you enter the property cleaning was excellent. However, they allow smoking on the patio, and if people leave the door open, the smell penetrates the room. I did not realize that half the rooms are not air-conditioned, and of course, we booked a cheaper room- no AC. We received an upgrade to a junior suite for a very reasonably charge. Better than continental breakfast is included very good different breads, cold cuts, cheeses etc and even grilled salmon.
We stayed 2 nights with very busy days. I would be happy to return for a less rushed stay. Picture is morning view from room
