Quiet, very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, staff kind and accommodating. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
We made a last minute decision to visit Germany for a night and experience the Aachen Christmas market.
All the hotels close to the market were fully booked - so we booked Hotel Gloria, we knew it was 25 minutes by car away from the market, situated next to a freeway and in an industrial area, so our expectations were low. But it was GREAT!
We didn't hear the freeway at all, the hotel helped us arrange a taxi to and from the market.
There is a restaurant next door which served amazing cocktails!
Breakfast was great for 9 euros, a typical German breakfast. We were also offered the best scrambled eggs! We loved making our own gourmet breakfast rolls and it was exactly as we expected!
PLUS, pet friendly with a fee of 15 euros - totally reasonable!
