This was a sweet little hotel very central in Nuremberg. They had private parking that we used and they even let us stay late in the parking as a convenience. The location was near a little island in the river where the executioners museum is housed and just beyond this was the market spoken of in the guidebooks. We visited the cathedral, maybe a 12-minute walk and the main museum in town, which was massive. Room after room of German art and artifacts. Very impressive and totally worth the visit.
The hotel has several spaces in a garage around the corner which we had the good fortune to use, otherwise the public garage one should plan for a bit of a walk. But well worth the comfort and ambiance of this place.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city! However, there is a small drawback: a restaurant on the ground floor creates a bit of noise until it closes, but it's not too bothersome.
