Breakfast was wonderful ! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was awesome ! Hotel Kranz is a phenomenal VALUE !!! We stayed two nights, with covered parking, with great breakfast, in a great location for under 150 Euros Total !
The staff for us was the best.
The room allocated to us which is the Feowl , sorry for my incorrect German, however the room was excellent for the family. Excellent hotel and staff. Location is also close to supermarkets, bars and Switzerland.
We liked absolutely everything about it.
We were to arrive very late at night as we were coming from Holland to the south of Germany, which was a very long drive. The lady from the hotel called us and instructed on how to let ourselves in as we would arrive past check-in time. After we got to the hotel, it was easy to find a parking space and we let ourselves into our rooms very easily. We were impressed how big the apartments were. The bathroom was huge and very clean.
The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we ever had at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant.
We wish we could have stayed longer there...
