The quietness, the view from my window, quality of equipment in my room.

Nothing special. Just a clean place to sleep walking distance from the city center.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All needed facilities are available in addition to a coffee machine with free capsules.

Property was on the top 2 floors of a commercial building: restaurant on ground floor, two floors of offices, then two floors of hotel. I was a bit skeptical when I arrived about how nice it would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Even though it was by a busy street and adjacent to a parking garage, once the window was closed, I couldn’t hear anything (great job with window insulation!) Location was decent and easily walkable to the university where I had a meeting. (The room looks exactly like the pictures)

Very friendly receptionist, although the reception was operating only some hours during the day
