The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms were ample, and the larger rooms were generous sized. Loved that hotel!

Clean, helpful staff, close to station, easy walk to historic town.

Friendly staff. A lot of small details that make a great difference. For example, earplugs on each nightstand. Also my room had a view to a lovely terrace. And the breakfast was excellent.

Everything. Room was larger than expected, with a nice-size TV, and everything we might need- it was very clean, staff was wonderful, breakfast was excellent, location was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotlessly clean and quite beautiful. The room is large and the bed was very comfortable. There are so many thoughtful touches including a full array of personal items like a toothbrush, razor and a shoehorn are provided. The room has coffee service and a small fridge with beverages and enough space for my leftovers. Earplugs are also provided, but my room was on the backside and very quiet. The internet was very strong and reliable. The hotel is very close to the new town center. Passau is a very walkable town with lots to see and do. I will definitely stay here again!
