Central location. Perfect size for a family of 4. Uncomplicated check-in/out.
What I loved is that we were taken care of so wonderfully. We had originally been given a room on a higher floor and after check in we were offered a room on a lower floor so it would be easier to get to and from our room. We had no physical need for a lower floor and we were only going to be there one night, but still we were offered the change. This is great service, our accommodation changed for our comfort and without us asking. That was wonderful. Also, my German is horrible and the man checking us in did not speak English. His friendly nature and alot of hand gestures and his patience with my bad German made check in free of stress. The location of the Hotel for Kassel was perfect for everything we wanted to see.
Fabulous little suite! Great for our family! The location was perfect, walking distance from everything!
Was very tidy and clean. Almost like new. Have coffe in the room and all u need to connect to the wifi and TV.
