It was a great location and very walkable to get to the shops and restaurants. The view of the castle was amazing!
Staff and location were excellent. Breakfast was always fresh and varied. Views of the city and castle from the terrace were wonderful. Being right above the tram to the castle was cool. No lines if you're early. Would stay here again.
Loved having a balcony with a fabulous view! It was so hot during our stay, but the big floor fan helped so much.
The breakfast had a decent selection. The terrace is a beautiful setting for breakfast with a castle view. The servers were lovely.
Great location for seeing Heidelberg on foot. My room was just right for a single person. The breakfast was ok- good choice of food.
