Super helpful staff, high ceilings, lovely staircase, cute rooms with kitchenette offered good space
The room was lovely, spacious, very new and clean. Bedroom separate, having a small very decent kitchen and a very clean bathroom. The location is right next to the river and east access to city center, 7-8 mins walk.
The guy at the reception was really welcoming, helpful and friendly, the location of the hotel is great - 5 min walking to the nearest bus\ tram stop, 10 min walking to the nearest supermarket (Rewe) - not far from the Steintor, 18 min walking to the Hauptbahnhof. The room and the beathroom were clean, smelled good, the area was relatively quiet, it is no lift, only stairs, there is a fridge and a kettle, and even a coffee machine in the kitchenette, new cleaning devices (to do dishes) in the box which was really cute, also tea bags and sugar sticks in a bowl. There is a tv set and a huge mirror in the room.
Location, room comfort and cleanliness the receptionist was very helpful in guiding us location.
Great hotel, short walk to hbf and old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly
