Everything went well. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Location is excellent. Restaurant service and food were fantastic.

It’s in a great location, the hotel has super friendly staff, and the accompanying restaurant has great food and amazing beer. I gave some friends who have been in Germany for 5 years say the meals were really great. The staff interacted with my children and made them feel at home. We weren’t out late so it was awesome to take beers, food, dessert back to our rooms to let the kids unwind while the parents can enjoy a brew. It was nice to actually see and smell them brewing beer! Staff was super attentive and friendly. I would totally come back again.

Comfortable room as described On site parking very convenient. Reservation needed Very good location . Walking to the Old Town and to the Castle.

Room was amazing, but, not the room I initially booked. No complaints. I've always been a huge fan of this brewery and restaurant. Now that my experience is complete with this hotel stay I will alway stay here when visiting Heidelberg. Quality, value, location bier and food are unbeatable in Heidelberg Altstadt.
