The staff at Landgasthof Schwarz are very friendly and helpful. The property is located next to a beautiful field with cows in the summer and snow in the winter. The breakfast was a wide variety of delicious breads, cheeses, meats, and yogurts.

Location in a very beautiful natural area, ca 40 km away from Nurnberg Messe, 30-40 minutes by car. Silent area, green, excellent food at good prices. Hosts very friendly. Rooms spacious, bathroom big. Breakfast typical German.

I'd been touring Europe on my motorbike, and I've got to say that in all the hotels I stayed in, this was the best out of the lot of them. It was a clean and well equipped room. ( Mind you a kettle wouldn't go amiss, for us Brits who like our tea, Ha Ha ) You must have the Schnitzel, it was glorious, and boy do they give you some chips. Apparently people come from a far to eat here, and I can see why. I was practising my poor German, and they were speaking in perfect English, and we all had a laugh. I asked for a weak shandy, as I don't drink, and the lady named it a special beer, needless to say I had that drink a few times. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here, and wouldn't think twice about booking here again. The location for me was perfect, it was dead quiet. The bike was parked over the other side of the road, and I never felt it was going to go walkies in the night. Thanks to all concerned for a great 3 night stay.
