Landhotel Strandallee, Вунсторф, Германия

We had no idea about the hotel and I imagine that it is a great place to stay if you're interested in being on the lake. We were only there for one night. We were greeted when we arrived and he was very informative. Our room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was large. Unfortunately, it was a little warm. Since there is no air conditioning, we could have benefitted from a ceiling or room fan. We did ask if they had one. They didn't, but they brought us what they had which was very nice. The breakfast was VERY nice. Lots of variety, there is something for everyone. They staff couldn't be more accommodating. They are lovely people.

Continental breakfast was very good, no bar but there was facility to get cold beverages. Quiet location and very close to Steinhude Meer but possibly not accessible unless allowed through sailing club.
