Отель Leonardo Royal Hotel Baden-Baden, Баден-Баден, Германия

We had a great time at Leonardo Royal hotel. Staff were very accommodating giving us a room with balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. The lift to the pool was just a few steps from our room. We ordered food to our room . My husband enjoyed the burger . Breakfast ( buffee style ) was great and very filling with a lot of choices. The bartender appeared to be new but he did try his best. We were happy that our truck F150 fitted in the underground parking . We took a few nice walks through the park all the way in to the center. We will definitely come back Our room was great, bed firmness was perfect, comfortable and very spacey. Plenty of pillows. Nice and clean. Room had been cleaned very well Excellent customer service when we arrived. We felt welcome to your hotel.

We were planning to be in Baden Baden for only 2 days and booked a hotel that was on special, not really expecting much. But when we got to  Leonardo Grand hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is situated in a prestigious residential area, only 8 min. walk to the city centre and the Casino. There you go on the banks of the river, pass  museums and places of interest and enjoy the beauty of this small historic town. Hotels' room was specious with two separate double beds and a large balcony, overlooking a beautiful garden. We could hear the birds singing in the morning. The beds were most comfortable with beautiful bedding. There were organic tea and coffee in the room. The service was excellent and welcoming. The spa was great.  Also the breakfast was sumptuous,  tasty with organic products and outstanding coffee. One could not help to notice that the management was doing a good job, as many small details were taken care of. And this is what usually makes your hotel stay enjoyable, isn't it?

Хорошие завтраки ,персонал. Номера тоже хорошие . По уборке номера хотелось бы немного получше Расположение хотелось бы немного поближе к центру .

Хороший отель, тихо, спокойно, прекрасные завтраки. Бассейн и сауна. Сделали интернет в номере, но нужно брать коды для подключения. Это мелочь. До центра нужно прогуляться минут 10-15. Если кто предпочитает жить в центре, то этот отель не подходит. Нам очень понравилось. Кстати в отеле очень хорошая наполняемость, а вот в центральных отелях было очень много темных окон. Встречали Новый год 2015. Практически ничего. Персонал на ресепшн говорит на английском. Если нужен русский приглашают горничных, среди них много из наших.
