It's rare to see such a genuine hostel. You can see that the owners really care.
The Lotte team was extremely welcoming and super friendly. The hostel was super clean; the kitchen had all you needed to store food and cook; the bathroom spacious and clean, perfect downtown location.
I loved the location the most, as I could easily start a hike from the front of the hostel up to the Konigstuhl for a wonderful view. Everything else was well done, and I have no complains.
Friendly staff, very clean rooms and facilities, great location and such a cosy ambient. Loved everything! Would definitely stay here again if I go to Heidelberg.
