Everything was perfectly ready for me, the facilities were very clean and tidy, and the location was perfect.
The apartment was in a modern building in a nice neighborhood and very secure. The facilities were good, comfortable bed and living room furniture, well supplied kitchen and bathroom with washer & dryer. The host was very responsive and helpful recommending local restaurants. Very close to tram and U Bahn to get anywhere in the city and beyond. Close to central train station.
Spacious apartment, all amenities, central location near Charity Hospital.
Plenty of space for a couple, nice little kitchen (though a toaster for breakfast would’ve been much appreciated), handy for public transport and for walking to sights.
Location vs. price is the most important advantage of this apartment. At this price, you really can't find something in this area that can offer this standard. The instructions for collecting the keys are very precise and we had no problems with checking in to the apartment. Contact with the owner by WhatsApp and Booking is perfect. He replies to every enquiry very quickly. For 3 persons the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Clean. The REWE markt is located in neighboring building. Well-stocked wine shop (Jacques' Wein-Depot) about 200 meters from the building. 2 minutes walk to the tram stop. Maybe 5 to subway. Attractions and nightlife of Vorstadt (restaurants, pubs and caffes on Oranienburg Str., and near the Monbijoupark) are within pleasant walking distance. I very strong recommend this apartment!
