The location is nice, but there are no groceries nearby. There is a bakery very close, but the products are not fine, however you can eat them once or twice, just do not have high expectations before. The house is modern just as the flat, clean, cosy, small and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The appartment was well-furnished and modern, quite close to the city centre by bike/car. There's one parking place for your car as well. In the neighbourhood you'll find everything you want: restaurants, grocery, etc.
