I stayed in a small ground-floor studio, which was perfect for one person. It had an East-facing terrace, so had the sun in the morning and was pleasantly shaded in the afternoon heat. The bathroom was a nice size, the living space had a comfortable single bed (which probably expands into a Double for two people), comfy armchair, table and two chairs and a small, well equipped kitchenette.
The location is in Zingst-West, very close to the nice sandy beach, the bus stops and bike hire. It is very quiet, so a perfect location for a relaxing holiday.
The letting agency was very friendly and accommodating. As I was arriving by public transport and unable to pick up the keys at their office in Pruchten, I was able to pick up the keys from a lock box, so was very grateful for that - thank you!
