We look forward to welcoming you to our guest house! Please note the following information:
Breakfast - May to September: ◦ Breakfast is offered from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am (5 days a week). ◦ Breakfast is not served on Friday and Saturday. - October to April: ◦ We do not offer breakfast during this time. - All year round: ◦ A ‘good morning set’ is available free of charge in every room, consisting of: ▪ Kettle, mug, tea bags, coffee sticks, milk and sugar. ▪ This set is freshly refilled every day so that you can start the day off right.
Winter closing times
Please note the closing times in winter. These depend on the bookings. Location and surroundings - Lake Constance and the island of Lindau are only 1.9 mi away. - A bakery and a supermarket are 0.9 mi from the guest house. - The nearest bus stop is just 328 ft away and takes you directly to Lindau town center and the main train station. Rooms and facilities - Individually furnished rooms with satellite TV, seating area and free Wi-Fi. - Most rooms have a private bathroom. - Drinks can be enjoyed outside. Further amenities - Free parking directly at the accommodations. - Storage room for bicycles. - On arrival, you will immediately receive the Echt Bodensee Card, with which you can enjoy numerous benefits.

The owners were very friendly. We arrived later but were able to check in ourselves and even order breakfast. The next day was Easter and we were surprised to find Easter eggs for breakfast to get into the atmosphere of the holiday. Very quiet area. We have enjoyed our stay.
The place offers exactly what it advertises, simple, cheap, clean rooms. There is free parking right in front of the hotel, and also 2 bus lines which run every 30 minutes. They go into the city center. Guests receive a free bus ticket valid for the entire period of their stay, it is called ECHT BODENSEE CARD, which also offers many other services. Check-in was simple. Very quiet neighborhood. The rooms in one house are on the top floor. There were 2 shared bathrooms for 4 rooms which is more than enough.
Good breakfast, good location, free parking, comfortable bed, free sparkling water
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure.
The hotel isn't close to the city but they give you free bus tickets and there's a bus stop 100 metres away. The room was big enough for 3 people.
