The owner was there to greet us and let us into the apartment. We arrived a little early and she was able to accommodate us - which we really appreciated after a long flight. We had a mishap with our passports and the owner was super helpful and nice to help us out to find them. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Location was great, place was comfortable and beds were comfortable, and lots of space for family of four. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. Love the view out the window of the river. Beautiful. The bedrooms were on a busy street, which had me worried, but we didn't really notice any noise when we had the windows shut so we slept well.

A wonderful and spacious apartment wih bedrooms overlooking the river situated in a perfect location for exploring the old city. Emma greeted is wirh a smile and was very helpful and attentive during out stay. Would absolutely recommend this apparent for visiting beautiful and enchanting Heidelberg.

What a delightful apartment right in old town Heidelberg. We had three generations staying at the apartment. There was a spacious living room, a small kitchen stocked with what we needed, 1.5 baths with a nice shower, and two bedrooms with views of the river. The location can't be beat. We were there to enjoy Christmas Markets, and the main area was just blocks away. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and even a grocery store close by. It is a great location for walking. Our host was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely make this our home-away-from-home the next time we visit!

It is a beautiful, roomy flat located in the heart of the historic are of Heidelberg. It is a wonderful location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. I would rent this flat again and most likely will!!!
