It is very close to the supermarket (like 3 minute walk) and the check in is not complicated. I love that the kitchen has really good appliances and that it is spotless. There has been reviews that the beds are too soft but its okay. Also, even if its a basement apartment, you ca. open the main door and still have a lot of privacy because of its location. It also does not receive direct sun ehich makes it more comfortable.
Very quiet place.
In the case kids are getting bored, a playground is just in front of the house.
Clean and well furnished.
Public parking nearby.
Check-in was really uncomplicated.
