always possible to find free room there
I've been coming to the Superbude for over 10 years and the basic equation hasn't changed. Funky vige, great value, small but comfortable rooms and convenient location. The walls are thick and there never seem to be any noise issues. The Superbude is popular it's advisable to book well in advance.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Gave us an upgrade - room with a nice city view and Nintendo! The location was good. The person at the reception was very kind and gave us many recommendations as it was our first time in Hamburg. Breakfast was also nice and the we loved the fact that we could make warm waffles in the morning.
Nintendo in the room was great, staff were friendly and although a little pricey, the breakfast was excellent.
The lobby is a great place to hang out, play boardgames or read. Hotel overall is very kid friendly and located close enough to Sternschanze and St Pauli.
