The location of the property is great , it’s just 2 min walk from beach and also a small 2-3 min walk in the jungle/ park. Train station is about 1 Km in case someone wants to travel in and around in the area which is free with the guest cards . House itself has all the things you need for a wonderful stay - it has a fully loaded kitchen as well . And in case of any issues the response time is pretty quick .
porch was nice, quiet wooded location, had everthing we needed
Very good equiped apartment, located only 2 km from the town centre. No noise comming from other rooms. Private beach is definitely "plus" during hot summer weeks. During our stay it was almost empty. Access to the lake and watwr depth is ok also for small kids.
Location and very quiet area with beautiful surroundings. I will book again in summer again as this is the best location for a holiday in Bodensee area.
Tue host was very nice and responsive for any questions via whats up.

Perfect place to stay. We had everything we needed and even more, including a coffee machine, welcome gift and private beach.
