biked from Havelberg.
1. Location: right on the canal.
2. Staff: extremely nice and accommodating. we arrived early so our room was not ready-they seated us at a reserved table outside for drink/snack and locked our bags in a closet.
3. secure, locked bike storage.
4. breakfast available for extra fee was excellent.
5. Room: the air conditioning was EXCELLENT, beds very comfortable, excellent shower/bathroom. complementary water bottles.
This place is a GEM and probably in the most scenic area of Rathenow. We could not find any restaurants/beer gardens open, however, the American Monster turned out to be a great find! we were able to watch the Euro Games and have great food!
Next stop: bike to Brandenberg an der Havel.
