The apartment building is centrally located and close to the Messe Berlin / ICC (1 subway station) and the Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne (4 subway stations) away. Due to the central location and the connection to the subway (U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz) and S-Bahn (S Messe Nord/ICC), the Berlin city center can be reached quickly. The family-run apartment house has rooms of various sizes. All apartments are equipped with cable TV, sitting area, a small breakfast kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes & kettle) and a private bathroom. Our team is looking forward to welcome you in Berlin in our house.

Pros for the apartment (1 bed family apartment)
Great location - five mins to underground, lots of local shops and restaurants nearby
The beds were very very comfortable
The shower was excellent (great water pressure)
Low cost accommodation
Clean (with one exception)
I like the fact they have a microwave, a boiler and plates/forks, makes it easy if you want to eat inside and save money.
We were able to check in earlier. The neighborhood is safe and nice. Close to Ubahn. Many supermarkets and restaurants around. Simple and sufficient room. Comfortable beds. Heaters worked. Hot water was always available.
This place was really great for traveling, my family and I had a main base in Munich and we took backpacks to travel around the rest of Germany with and this place was great, had a kettle, microwave and a mini fridge which in Summer in Germany was amazing, a mini fridge was a real blessing we didn't know we needed. The mini balcony was also very nice to open the windows to and the elevator was a blessing especially being on the top floor. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Berlin and the supermarket and public transport was really close.
