The apartments are located on the 23rd floor of Augsburg's only high-rise building. The entry system is interesting: the keys are in the LockBox, and the high-speed elevator is also activated with the key.
Next to the high-rise is a green area. Delicious drinking water is freely available in the park (and elsewhere in the city) from the many Trinkwasserbrunners. Tram stop max 5 minutes away. For groceries we got on the tram and took a ride to the center (2-4 stops: depending on where you want to go).
The apartments have a large, modern lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen.
The added value of these apartments is their location on the 23rd floor. When you wake up in the morning, get out to one of the two corn cob balconies (locals call them Maiskolben) and greet the sun. But in the evening you spend time watching the sunset... Wonderful, even euphoric feeling!
And not even a minor negative can upset this feeling!
Very convenient location, with an excellent view from the spacious windows. The city center is within walking distance. The host even fixed an issue with a pipe within a day, despite the holiday period!
The little apartment was cosy and well equipped. We enjoyed the view.
