Luis the owner is wonderful. He helped us with several local recommendations and even had a rental car delivered to us. He was always available via WhatsApp for my random questions. Luis has a true customer focus and made our stay great.
Luis was extremely helpful and made my stay enjoyable. I would repeat my stay with out hesitation.

they have a kitchen, a balcony where you can hang your laungry.
i appreciate the on-site manager Luis, he is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer your questions. he also helped with ordering water tank ($2 for a 5 gallon tank), and replacing a new gas tank.

Bliss on the Bay is about 10/15 minutes walking distance from West End. The host, Luis, is very helpful with everything. You can do some laundry for a few bucks and it's overall cheap for my stay of 23 nights. Highly recommended if you travel alone like me or as a couple. 9/10
A great little place, walking distance to west end, cute appartments with everything you need at a very resonable price, and the owners are wonderful, they accommodated us in every way they could from discount scooter rental as a guest to helping us out of a bind when we couldn't withdraw any cash on the island due to power failure and atms being out of money. Definately stay here!
