Everything. Room was very modern and clean. Wonderful views on the balcony. Was able to keep the doors open for lovely breezes. Beach is literally out the front door. Stefanos and Panos were great, even helping me to find a mechanic when my rental cars tire started to lose air.

It's off season but was very pleasant stay. Swimming and sunbathing a lot

Newer building with all the modern amenities Stayed in first floor apartment overlooking the sea, you hear the waves and enjoy the nice breeze Delicious homemade breakfast by the water.

If I could give this property and its host a score of more than "10," I would. Superlatives fail. Suffice to say, the rental was in an excellent location, right on the beautiful beach of Karystos. It was above a restaurant which is probably the best one in the town - and not at all boisterous but soothing at night. It is a very new, very clean, very well appointed apartment with every amenity, including a washing machine. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The hosts could not have been more hospitable and kinder than they were. My wife and I remain in awe of their capacity for kindness. Stephanos and his brother Kostas were the best hosts on the trip by far. They offered what went beyond even traditional Greek hospitality - hard to find these days. They were as present, helpful and supportive as any hosts I've ever had. To my mind, this is not only the best place to stay in Karystos, it really is the ONLY place to stay in that paradise.
