Great location, clean, spacious, great view, very quiet at night, you can sleep with open windows and hear the sea. Reception is at the beach bar, so basically you can go anytime the bar is open, no need for special arrangements.
Breakfast not included (self catering). Kitchen facilites fine for a short stay.
It was an amazing place! Such a great view of the sea and a total relax. The best place ever!

The location was excellent and quiet next to a small beach. There was a big garden in front of the room that the kids could also run and play freely. The people was very friendly and we met the owner as well. Also, you have the possibility from the location of the property to visit multiple other beautiful areas like Parga etc. Also, we found the locals of Sivota to be very friendly
