The property looks exactly like in pictures, is very clean and in a beautiful area. It is perfectly located, as it is very close to Argostoli (10 minutes drive) and to all beaches in the southern part of the island, and 50 minutes drive from all other main places to visit on the island (Myrthos, Assos, Lixouri, Poros and Sami). Alexander is a very kind and responsive host, who gave us many amazing recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try out. We experienced 2 black outs during our stay (because of a very big storm and a bit of bad luck) but Alexander has immediately fixed everything and has been very helpful and supportive in trying to restore everything as quickly as possible.

Alexander is very nice host, polite and helpful. The studio is great with everything that you might need. I live the bathroom- clean and big. There is washing machine and I was really happy to find it there, as it was not mentioned within the facilities Clean and spacious studio!

Everything was perfect! Alexander is a super host. The apartment is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and very clean. There is a large and private terrace with a small table that is wonderful for meals or relaxing. Parking is close to the house. The position is perfect to visit every part of the Island!

The studio is located at a convenient location near Argostoli, and is at a good spot to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia. The clean, spacious and modern room, which is fully equiped (the complementary wine, bottle of water and breakfast stuff were a nice touch), is overlooking a small forest and is perfect to relax after a long day on the road or at one of the many beaches. Alexandros, the owner, and his father were very friendly and always willing to help. We also loved the dog and cats which were around the place (the black cat was particularly friendly with us and loved being petted!). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Alexander studio and would love to return there again some day. The place is highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit Kefalonia and is looking for a convenient and quiet place to stay.
