Katerina met us at the apartment and was very helpful with suggestions. She lives in the building and is very quick to answer any questions. The apartment is very nice and the terrace is the star of the show! We spent time every day out there enjoying the view. The location is very good. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, grocery store, beach. It is about a 15 minute easy walk into the Old Town but there are also plenty of restaurants closer. Rethymno is a great location to have as a base to explore the island. We love Crete and Areti seaview residence. Meg and Chris

The location is great. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the Old Town and there is a supermarket and good restaurant close by. The outdoor terrace is lovely with a beautiful view and although it is close to amenities, it was quiet inside.The bed was comfortable. The reserved parking spot was great.

Apartment is cozy and comfortable, located almost in the historic center and also close to the sea, has an amazing terrace. Parking place is a great addition.

The host is very friendly and helpful.
