Appartment was spacious, location very near to Fira
Good location close to main centre. Nice, clean accommodation and helpful host. Very responsive and they organised transfers for us which we appreciate. Great value for money. Loved our little balcony out the front and the back
That apartment in Fira, Santaroni, is wonderful. Even though we were only there for one night, we had a great time, just like we were in our hometown. We felt relaxed after a long day of travel because the accommodation was clean and our beds were comfortable. We were pleased to be able to prepare our Thai meal in the kitchen. We were really busy because of the wonderful coffee maker. Additionally, the owner provided us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed with our meals. Not to mention, the owner was really helpful and the staff was really friendly. We were extremely grateful of the great deal of information she provided us. We strongly advised everyone to book this apartment for their vacation.
The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They walked us through the property and quickly answered any questions that we had. They even communicated with the driver who was picking us up from the airport and they were kind enough to let us store our luggage on the property after checkout because our flight was later in the day.
