Christa was the perfect host and really made our trip extra special. She welcomed us into her home and gave us lots of useful tips. Her pets are all extremely friendly and were excited to see us every day, which was lovely . The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The pool is a perfect spot to relax with a view of the ocean. We loved our stay with Christa.
Loved it was so close to Oui but not right in centre. A ramp up to shops & restaurants but not to many steps as many other hotels. Lovely garden & swimming pool, great bed & nice to sit on balconies.

Everything was perfect. The room, the view, the facilities and last but not least, Christa, who is a wonderful person. She gave us lots of useful information and we loved her pets. She is very careful with details that made our stay so lovely. The propery is very close to the center of Oia, but it is very quiet. Also, there is a supermarket a few steps away which is also very nice. You can admire the sunset from your balcony with a glss of wine.
Christa’s home is centrally located, about 2 minute walk to the Caldera. It was easy to take the bus to Fira and the beaches on the northern side. It took about an hour. It’s a short walk to access the stairs and trail to Ammoudi beach. The stairs and the trail are a bit intense, but what a lovely area to swim. Christa was a kind and helpful host and I enjoyed my stay in her home.
