Friendly staff and helpful. Location is good in general.
This is our second stay. The location is perfect for a day stay.
Nearby the port which is very practical when you need to drop your luggage and see the city starting early in the morning.
Staff were very kind and helpful.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Hotel also helps you find a rental car with a very reasonable price.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful
This was a clean, comfortable, basic hotel in a great location. It's on the waterfront and a short walk away from restaurants and the center of town/shopping street, as well as the castle area. There is a lovely bakery just a block away. One of the things I most enjoyed was sitting on my little balcony watching the massive ferries come into the harbor and dock right in front of the hotel!! I found that endlessly fascinating :)
