Clean and spacious. can comfortably house a family of 4 or even 5. Everything in the house was functional, and you could easily cook your own food if that's your thing, and dine or enjoy an evening drink or early morning coffee in the balcony with the beatufil view of the marina and the tranquil waters of the south Euboean gulf. The balcony is shaded at all times of the day, so it's really the highlight of the apartment.
I received straight forward instructions with the owner ahead of time, and he was kind enough to help me out over the phone when I couldn't find the lock box.
Overall, great family friendly place if you want something quiet without being too far away from the plaza and marina.
The apartment was cold. But once we turned on the heat, it became warm and cozy. The shower is good, and the beds were comfortable. .

The restaurants are far and not walking distance.
