Corfu Town West Apartment, Корфу, Греция

The location was excellent. Close to the seafront and city center with its myriad of bars, restaurants and shops lining the narrow old town streets. But very quiet! The owner was easy to contact before we arrived and even booked a taxi to meet us at the airport. We had a late arrival but were met at the apartment by a lovely young lady who took us to the room and explained how everything worked. The apartment is in an old building up three flights of marble stairs. Which wasn't a problem for us. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Even a washing machine! The air con worked well. We felt very safe there as they have a lockable door to enter the final staircase. It has a lovely balcony overlooking a small square. The beds were very comfy with mattress toppers and had extra pillows that we appreciated.

This small, compact apartment is in an excellent location, overlooking a small quiet square, off the main streets but within metres of the sights. I liked the small balcony (although the weather was not good), enough room for small table and chairs. It was great to have kitchen facilities.
