Breakfast and Dinner were very good, with great variety for every taste.
Staff, facilities, excellent, breakfast, room size good,
The service is super friendly. If you arrive late for the included dinner they will keep food for you. The location is nice, very close to the beach, very close to everything you need. Room was nice. AC worked well, pool is cute and clean. Food is great, prepared super fresh, breakfast and dinner.
Our stay was really beyond our expectations and we loved everything at Hotel Cosmopolitan. First of all, a big Kudos to everyone who works at the hotel; everyone we had interaction with were super nice, friendly, professional and helpful.
The room was large enough for us; equipped with a tv, wardrobe, mini fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine (which you might pay for the capsules at the hotel or basically just bring your own), dresser, mirror, bathroom with toiletries and a balcony. There are also safety deposit boxes downstairs which can be arranged at the reception.
Both the breakfast and dinner were quite good with variety of options both from Greek and international cuisine.
Albeit the weather was not warm enough to make it to the pool, I can say the hotel has a clean and cosy pool as well, judging by the view.
All in all, everything was pretty well and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is pretty good, therefore; it will probably be my first choice if I visit Kos again.
