The apartment is cosy in every sense of the word, a true gem located virtually a few steps from the promenade and the beach, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. There is also a private parking place. The owners Natasha and Antonis are incredibly kind and welcoming and thought of every single detail (from welcoming basket with wine and snacks to providing all possible cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, bathroom essentials, and even food bowls for our dogs!), so we really felt like we were invited to stay at a friend's home. The building is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and beach bars. The apartment really exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the stay so much that we are looking forward to coming again!

The apartment is comfortable, clean, cozy, bright, warm, spacious, well-equipped, well-decorated and with all the necessities you could possibly need. It has two terraces it is very close to the sea and the pedestrian zone. The hosts were very hospitable, welcomed us warmly with 'Vasilopita' and refreshment and were available during our entire stay.

Great location. Very clean and cosy appartment, with 2 terraces. In the appartment we had everything we needed, even more! I had a feeling like I'm at home...

A real gem in a quiet neighbourhood of Perea. 15 drive from the airport. 30 meters from the sea, close enough to restaurants but far enough from their noise. A convenience store and bakery were one block away. The apartment is not that big, but is well planned and has nice design, extremely comfy for two people or a family with a small kid. It has a fully equipped kitchen, except for dish washing machine, with all the utensils you can possibly think of. Something I have not seen a lot in that area was that the living room was separate from the kitchen/dining room, so effectively you get 3 rooms. There is nice small terrace and an extra balcony. Great Wi-Fi for remote working - 200mbps down, 20mpbs up (I think they have asynchronous fiber). Not to forget the themselves who were always available when we had questions and greeted us with some snacks/fruits on arrival.
