Friendly and helpful hosts, a beautiful location, a comfortable stay. I was impressed by the robust noise cancelling windows and the premium quality of the towels. The property is elegantly arranged, you can see a lot of attention to detail especially when compared to many other villas in the neighborhood. The apartment was very small but super cozy with a cute balcony where you could comfortably dry wet towels and clothes. The mattress was comfortable and the AC did not have any smell. The water in the tap is salty which is normal for this island. What a gem! And I nearly missed it as I usually only book places with a cancelation option and where payment on site is possible. We felt very welcome. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a very peaceful, not touristic, neighborhood. I am quite sure we could not have had a better stay in any 5 star hotel on this island. We will return.

Have been coming to Zakynthos many times and staying at this property over the past 24 years. Location is quiet and although not central is close to many favorite beaches.

We choose the place to be a quiet one and it was. We loved it. Kostas and Danai, the owners are ful of kindnes, very pleasant and helpful. The olive trees are everywhere and their shadows are a blessing when the sun burns. The property is near 2 beaches. We loved the one with the turtles for its fine sand and sunsets. It is less then 30 mins to walk between olive trees to arrive to the turtle beach or 5 mins using a car and there is free parking there. At 2 minutes from property is a very good restaurant Porto Roma. We enjoyed the vacation there so far and we recomand it for those who search a quiet and pleasant place to stay

Privacy and quietness of the room. The attantion to detail and compfort to the room. The linen was magnificent. The service was super and the clenliness was very good. The balcony was spacious. All facilities were working.
