Regarding our stay at the Elivi, it met our expectations above and beyond. An incident occurred with a guest and the manager and Paul from reception went above and beyond to assist the guest and her mother! It was very impressive to see. Katerina from concierge was a delightful person to discuss services the Elivi offered. Eleanna from reception provided us with a detailed overview of the resort with restaurant and hours of services. Nadia was always smiling during her breakfast shift and was very helpful. She was always greeting you with a smile. Anastasia was an outstanding bartender. When asked about help in wine choices she provided you with selections. Having a wonderful friendly staff made our stay worthwhile!

This is the fourth time we've stayed at the hotel. We love it. The location is amazing and the size of the resort is perfect. It's just big enough. I love the views from the breakfast area over the bay, the beach and the general location.
