Everything was perfect! The place was cleaned daily, 3 min from the beach, shower is nice. Couldn't ask for better!!!

The location is perfect, away from the noise and crowds of the beach scene but an easy short walk for a swim. Their price for a double room in the middle of summer was very fair and their policy of no cancellation fee is phenomenal. I would definitely choose to stay at Elpida’s Studios again.

The room was very spacious and cleaned everyday. Was very comfortable sleeping with the terrace doors open. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Agia Anna promenade where you have all the tavernas and bars. Short distance from the airport.

Absolutely love during all my vacation! Everything is around - the bus stop, shops, restaurants, two amazing beaches are in 3 and 10 minutes by feet, also there are buses that going to Plaka and Mikri Vigla beaches. The room is big, super clean and the cleaning was daily. The shore was good. The linen, mattress and pillows were very good quality. Sofia is amazing owner and lovely lady! Thank you for the bottle of cold water and juice. I will definitely recommend it and come here again.

The Hotel is perfectly situated near by the wide Agia-Anna-/Plaka-Beach. To reach this beach,shops, restaurants and bakerys plus the bus stations you just have to walk 3 Minutes from the Hotel. I had a spaceous balcony with modern furniture. The mattress of my bed seeemed new bought. It was totally clean and bed linnen were changed quite frequently. The Owner is a very nice and charming Lady who is totally uncomplicated und kind.
