Location was spectacular with a balcony overlooking the lake. We were there during Easter and were able to experience the Saturday night pageantry from our balcony. Maria made it extra special for us and let us know when things would happen. She also gave us great tips for things to do in the area. The kitchenette was great for having breakfast and coffee.

From the perfect location to the coziness and views over the harbor, this property is an absolute gem. Our host, Maria, is a wonderful person, she took her time to recommend the best beaches and restaurants, but not only in Ag. Nikolaos, but also in the other locations we mentioned we will visit in our holiday. We followed her recommendations and did not regret one. Would definitely return here!

We loved our stay at Emerald Lake Studios. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The location was the best in Agios Nikolous. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and Maria is one of the best hostesses we have ever had. She saved a parking place for our arrival. She set up a taxi for a day trip and arranged our transport to the airport. She even came in on a Sunday morning to see us off.

Amazing views and located right next to the lake! What else could we ask for?! The location is amazing! My husband and I appreciated being near restaurants, shopping and beaches. The owner was extremelely kind, attentive and responsive. We also appreciated the restaurant the hotel had a partnership with to offer breakfast at a discount. The breakfast was amazing!
